Lease Transition and Mid Term Audit
A comprehensive aircraft physical inspection and documentation audit that supports the existence, format, condition and revision status of all the reports, manuals and certificates performed according to IATA's Guidance Material and Best Practices for Aircraft Leases.
​The depth of this type of audit and the time allowed for the inspection may be limited by the terms of the LOI agreement but usually includes full Back to Birth trace and Dirty Fingerprint Accountability of: AD's, Controlled & Life Limited Components, Engineering orders, accomplishment of the Maintenance Program, SB's, Structural Repair File and Repair Mapping, serialized inventory of installed avionics equipment and major aircraft systems, and physical inspection of aircraft surfaces and interior.
Also a Current Status Reports & Disc Sheets for Aircraft, APU, Engines and Landing Gear and a full damage mapping. All documents are packaged and prepared for delivery, thus the Aircraft & Records are prepared for DAR conformity and Export C of A inspection

Lease Mid-Term Inspection (Annual Inspection) implies observing the fulfillment of the lease contractual condition of your aircraft, both in terms of maintenance, airworthiness requirements and physical condition. That includes:

* Develop current status reports and related summaries
* Verify Lessee's compliance with maintenance program
* Verify Lessee's compliance with terms of lease agreement
* Photography of Aircraft
* Verify modifications and operations comply with the terms of the lease agreement
