Who We Are

Gabriel Spena - Managing Director; Head of Consulting and Records Audit

Gabriel is Aeronautical Engineer with a MS degree in Business Administration; he holds a Project Manager Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute and has received several aircraft structures and systems training such as the Boeing's Structural Repair Design for Engineers seminar.

He has developed an extensive professional career in important companies of several industries, having 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry in Aerolíneas Argentinas (AR) Engineering and Maintenance Area, where he worked as Systems and Structures Engineer, Planning Engineer, Head of GSE and Aircraft structures repair shop and finally Heavy Maintenance Manager with 4 hangars under his command.

During his last assignment he lead several C and D/C8 checks of the B747/A340 fleet and the conversion of a B737 from coach cabin to an executive layout, besides the entire range of heavy checks for the B737 and A310 fleets.

He has also carried out many projects of aircraft reception from lessors and company's technical representation during C and D checks of B747 and B737 aircraft in several countries, and has represented AR during Engineering and Maintenance symposiums (McDonnell Douglas Technical Engineering & Maintenance -TEAM - Conference and Airbus Technical Symposium for A-300/310)

Arturo García - Head of MRM & Operational Safety Audit

Arturo had an extensive aircraft maintenance career at Aerolíneas Argentinas, working since its inception as an aircraft mechanic for 15 years in heavy and line maintenance of B747, B737, A340, A310 and MD80, where he received several technical training for the fleets where he worked.

In 1994 he was promoted as Hangar Supervisor where he supervised a team of mechanics during A and C checks of A310, A340, B747, B737 and MD-80 series; later on Head of Hangar Technical Office (2001), where he designed and planned the A340's C8 checks, and finally Head of wide body Airplanes Heavy Maintenance, for B747, A340 and A310 fleets (2005-2007). 

Following his assignments in Maintenance activities, he then moved to Quality Area, where he developed for almost 8 years as Technical Auditor, Instructor/Facilitator for MRM & Human Factors, M.E.D.A. investigator for the Engineering Maintenance  directorate, and Risk Analyst & Operational Safety official after receive a deep training and instruction through several courses in HF, CRM, SMS and Operational Safety until he was promoted to Head of SMS and Human Factors office.

Angel Perucca - Head of aircraft physical Inspections

Angel has a wide aircraft Engineering & Maintenance career developed in Aerolineas Argentinas and other companies since 1978. 

He started his aeronautical formation at secondary school level graduating as Aeronautical Technician, followed by ANAC (Argentina) License Cat C Aircraft Mechanic and finally FAA's A&P Professional License.

He incorporated to AR as Aircraft Mechanic in Line & Base Maintenance group, where he worked in B737, B747, A310 and A340's systems and engines for several years after being trained in systems and PP of those types of aircraft.

He was then promoted successively to Hangar Supervisor where he supervised a team of mechanics during A and C checks of A310, A340, B747, B737 and MD-80 series and then to Head of Base & Heavy Maintenance for B747, B737 , A340 and A310 fleets. During this period, he also perform activities of in the job training instructor. 

Finally, he was transferred to Engineering and Planning area as Head of Planning and Control, assigned to the supervision of all the redelivers of AR’s leased fleet and the coordination of technical audits from lessors, insurance companies and other official entities, after been trained in ”Delivery & redeliver of leased aircraft process” (by GECAS) and “Aircraft appraisal”.

He also was assigned as AR representative for a D check of a B747 in Spain and the redelivers of a A340 in the USA.

We have our own company team and a regional network of aircraft inspectors with extensive experience in the entire range of Boeing, Airbus and Embraer commercial aircraft, both in Airframe and Power plant, developed in the leading airlines of the region.

Their experience ranges from the physical inspection of aircraft, documentation review and control, lease transitions projects and on-site technical representation.

 

Aircrafts and Engines MRO’s experts:

Our experts posses extensive experience in aircrafts and engines MRO’s organization and audit, development of repair & OVH processes for P&W and GE engines, APU, LG and other components and implement aircraft and engines shop organization performance improvement to achieve FAA/EASA certification and increase productivity & quality.

Safety Management System experts

We are able to carry out SMS program implementation, training and audit; CRM and HF instruction and audits and MEDA investigation instruction, having experts trained by ICAO, LH Technical Training and Boeing.
